In today’s world, the processing of personal data has become widespread, and the protection of data privacy has become an important issue. At MDTurkey Academy, we aim to provide the best possible service to our valued users. Therefore, informing you about the principles regarding the privacy of personal data is important to us.
PRINCIPLES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

As the data controller, our company, MDTurkey Academy, takes all necessary security measures, both technological and administrative, to ensure data security. While we ensure all necessary conditions for data privacy, personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in a way that makes it impossible to establish a link with the data subject when there is no longer a need to process personal data, when explicit consent given by the data subject is withdrawn, when the processing purpose no longer exists, or in similar situations, in accordance with the criteria specified in the law.
The fundamental principles to be followed during the processing of personal data are as follows:

– Processing for specific, clear, and legitimate purposes
– Being relevant, limited, and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed
– Retention for the period specified in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose
The principle of processing for specific, clear, and legitimate purposes requires the data controller to clearly and precisely determine the purpose of processing and that this purpose is legitimate. Data controllers will be held responsible for processing data for purposes other than those they have declared. Legitimacy means that the data processed by the data controller are relevant and necessary for the work performed or the service provided and that they are connected to these.
The principle of being relevant, limited, and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed requires that the processed data are suitable for achieving the purposes for which they are processed, that irrelevant data or data that is not necessary for the purpose are not processed, and that the processing does not exceed what is necessary for the purpose.
Furthermore, personal data will only be retained for the period required by the relevant legislation or for the period necessary for the purpose. Accordingly, data controllers will comply with the specified period for data storage if there is one in the relevant legislation; otherwise, they will be able to retain the data only for the period necessary for the purpose for which they were processed. If there is no valid reason to retain data beyond that point in the future, the data will be deleted or anonymized. Data cannot be kept for future use based on the possibility of use.
